1cupshredded cheddar cheese
1packetranch seasoning mix(1 ounce)
2tablespoonsolive oil
salt and pepperto taste

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Wash the baby potatoes and cut them in half. Place them in a mixing bowl.
Add the olive oil, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Toss until the potatoes are coated.
Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake the potatoes for 20 minutes.
Slice the smoked sausage into ¼-inch rounds. After 20 minutes, flip the potatoes and scatter the sausage pieces on top.
