A quick, flavorful dish combining tender steak, cheesy ravioli, and a rich garlic butter sauce—all in one pan. Perfect for busy weeknights or impressing guests without the fuss.
Season your steak with salt and pepper on both sides. Let it sit for 5 minutes to soak up the flavor.
Melt 1 tbsp of butter in your skillet over medium-high heat. It should sizzle but not burn.
Add the steak and sear for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Remove it to a plate and let it rest.
Lower the heat to medium, add 1 tbsp butter, and toss in the minced garlic. Cook for 30 seconds until fragrant—don’t let it brown too much!
Add the ravioli and remaining 2 tbsp butter. Stir gently for 2-3 minutes until they’re golden in spots.
Pour in ½ cup water, cover the skillet, and cook for 3-5 minutes until the ravioli is al dente.
Slice the rested steak thinly. Uncover the skillet, add the steak back in, and toss everything together.
Notes
For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free ravioli. To make it creamier, stir in a tablespoon of cream cheese with the butter. Add veggies like spinach or mushrooms for extra nutrients.
