Instructions
Toss chicken bites with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a bowl. Marinate for 15 minutes or overnight.
Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken bites for 4-5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
In the same pan, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream, stirring well. Add Parmesan, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
Return chicken to the pan, tossing to coat in sauce. Cook for 1 minute to meld flavors.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve hot with rice, pasta, or veggies.
Notes
Swap chicken thighs for extra juiciness, Greek yogurt for a lighter sauce, or add spinach for a nutrient boost. Customize to your taste!
